The 2025 NFL Playoffs have begun.

Eight teams remain on the journey to Super Bowl 59 in New Orleans, where one will raise the Lombardi Trophy on Sunday, Feb. 9.

Will the Kansas City Chiefs pull off a historic three-peat? Or will another team take the spotlight?

Now that the Wild Card Round is complete, let’s examine the updated 2025 NFL playoff bracket and schedule.

For the fourth year in a row, the NFL postseason featured 14 teams — seven in each conference.

The No. 1 seed in the AFC and NFC received first-round byes and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.

The No. 2-4 teams had home-field advantage on Wild Card Weekend, with No. 2 hosting No. 7, No. 3 hosting No. 6, and No. 4 hosting No. 5.

As the postseason progresses, the higher-seeded teams will host matchups, with the highest seed hosting the lowest.

Here is the key to understanding our playoff picture below:

  • X: Clinched postseason berth
  • Y: Clinched division title
  • Z: Clinched home-field advantage and first-round bye
